Over the past five years, Jim has taken Serious Labs from a struggling tech company to being a world leader in the field of virtual reality-based industrial training simulators. Jim is passionate about empowering our deep well of talent to succeed, while ensuring our clients and partners prosper. Jim holds a law degree from the University of London, while his NCA accreditation comes from the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria. He focused his practice on intellectual property and business law.

Wade joined Serious Labs in 2006 with a marketing focus but quickly moved into business development, playing the communication role of middle-ware between the outside world and the development team. As the company’s internal expert on the Oil & Gas industry, the connections Wade developed have served us well for many years, as we focus on heavy industry training.

Away from work, Wade is an avid and accomplished golfer; a pastime that serves us well as he continues to form key industrial alliances on and off the links.
